Working hard is important but not at the risk of one’s own health and family. Especially women who are working are at high risk of developing problems with health. They need strong support from family. When women are sharing the financial burden of the family. They need equal support from their spouse in other areas of life. Obesity is the main concern among many people who do a sedentary job. Making lifestyle changes will help in improving the health of people who do a sedentary jobs. Obesity brings many issues like thyroid and hormonal imbalances. Taking a conscious effort to walk a certain number of steps will help to maintain health to some extent. A healthy intake of food is another important thing to practice to reduce health risk factors. A strict avoidance of any kind of abuse like alcohol etc. will result in a long life which is useful for one’s own benefit and for society.
