The country is facing a hard time now when it comes to the problem with “lay off”. Companies are not able to keep all their employees with them. A culture has formed in our corporates where we blame each other and consider each other as our competitor rather than a fellow colleague. All we need is to guard our job. People have come to a phase where they are willing to do anything to others to protect their own position which is poisonous. Yes all of us have families. All of us are answerable. All of us have responsibilities. It is good when we fight together rather than fight with each other. Let us not desire a position which comes by pushing someone down. When we see a colleague leave the service it is good to help him with letting him or her know about the available opportunities. Be it a small project or anything. Let’s show it. Let’s help each other. Let’s not keep quiet when others perish.
