It is great to work in an environment where getting help in need is not difficult. We are in a healthy environment when we are not afraid to ask for help from others. When others approach us without fearing getting intimidated by asking one. We can be sure that we are on a great path. One can learn a lot while teaching someone. When a person is being taught they should be assured of their understanding of what they have learnt in solving the issue. When lessons are learnt well. They can develop confidence. There will be no need for them to be afraid of the task. But learning takes time. It can never happen in a day. Be patient with yourself. Not everyone in with us are going to wait till we learn. But we are all humans who need proper training to learn. We need time. Do not give up because of the stress you face in the beginning of your career. We grow to outgrow them. We can master those stress one day. Tell yourself that a day will come when this message or email or task can never shut your confidence. You are born to grow. You will overcome it all.
