To facilitate a much easier understanding of a piece of writing, one has to employ writing with positive language, that is clear, concise, and filled with goodwill.

Consider your Boss wants you to make arrangements for an upcoming meeting and he gives you two lists: One with instructions to do, and the other with cautions to avoid, it is easier to understand and relate to the ‘to do’ list and the work is carried out in an instant while the other takes up much of time to read and comprehend even though it is carried over to success.

It is the same with writing, as people better understand a text when it states what needs to be done rather than what shouldn’t. Practicing affirmative writing leads to better clarity.
