We live in a world which expects fast results. We have apps and tools which help us to do the work in a very smart way. There is a prediction which goes around that some work we do with men power will be taken care of by new technologies in the future. It is true that we have changed our lifestyles a lot in recent days with the help of technology. If someone doesn’t know the recent technologies they are being looked upon as ” Weird”. It is a basic expectation in recent days that we need to have the basic knowledge about developing apps and technologies. But none can be a replacement for a human brain. We live a life in a world which exists for humans to live. Of course, we talk about going to Mars and settling there. But we have a world where we want lives to thrive.

We ought to give chance to humans no matter how much knowledge they have in technology. We should trust people more than technology for progress. Without humans even apps don’t exist. We need companies which trust humans for their growth. We need corporates which give a second chance for people to come up with their original ideas. Not many people have used their brain’s full potential. It will be a wonder when we give chance to fellow beings to occupy the place of the machines and technologies. When companies lay off people their reasons will be the low performance. Then why can’t we train them. A company needs to train someone before they let them out. A second chance can save a life. Kudos to companies who keep their employees as their priority. The values they have will make the world a better place to live. As we all know we create apps and technologies only to improve the quality of our lives. Not to replace human lives with technologies.

Let’s be kind and be patient. Let’s grow together. Let’s give a second chance. As all of us have received one through someone at one point of our lives.
