Navigating the Digital Divide: Addressing the Trials of Online Communication in the Professional Sphere

Online chatting can be annoying when someone doesn’t reply to your messages immediately. In online office situations, this is an easy trick anyone can play on the other person to postpone their work instead of answering to their face. It makes you wait and feel frustrated. And when they finally reply, you have to act like everything’s fine despite feeling ignored. For egoistic persons, this will create more issues as they tend to interpret the conversation negatively and will not be ready to solve it in person too. Another issue is the harshness people tend to show in work from the online setup. They can easily hurt the emotions of others and say it's professional. But they know they could never do the same in person if they behaved respectfully to their colleagues.
