Verbal Abuse: This is a common form of workplace bullying, which involves using language that is offensive, belittling, or intimidating. When a fresher joins a company. He/she ( in most cases) will remain quiet about the abuse from the trainer just because she or he doesn’t want to lose the job. But instead in a corporate environment, one should be bold enough to raise the concern to the management to avoid psychological pain.

Emotional Abuse: When a person is isolated from a team meeting purposely by the team head. It will create emotional stress which is not something an employee should go through. When one felt abused emotionally one should break the silence and should be able to stay strong to verbalize the issue. If one did not address it this goes far from one’s hand. The abuser can use this silence to make bold moves.

Unreasonable Demands: Setting unrealistic deadlines, constantly changing job responsibilities, or overwhelming someone with excessive work can also be a form of workplace bullying. Most companies have this as their work culture itself. The employees live with it. Unless people raise their voices this will not be stopped. Without bold leaders who care about the employee’s mental health, this abuse can never be stopped.
