Resilience

Life is full of ups and downs, and our resilience helps us navigate through these ebbs and flows. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks, to learn from defeat, and to try not to repeat the mistakes which led us to failure. Success is neither final nor failure – both can be used as learning experiences. With resilience, we can develop a more positive outlook on life and become better equipped to handle difficult situations that may come our way.
