Take care of your eyes

Our eyes are an important part of our overall health, and it is important to take steps to protect them.

Computer light strain can be a common problem in modern workplaces. Many of us have been spending more time than ever before staring at computer screens. This can lead to a condition known as computer light strain, which is characterized by symptoms such as eye fatigue, dry eyes, and headaches. But there are several ways to prevent it.

Taking breaks from work can be combined with the 20-20-20 rule. It is simply an interesting way to take a break once in 20 minutes and instead of staring at the screen, we can look at something 20 feet away, for 20 seconds.

Adjusting the lighting is also a great way to reduce the strain on the eyes. Having a high brightness setting can cause strain.

By taking these steps, we can help to reduce eye strain and maintain good eye health in the long run.
