The Personality Series I

There are different types of people with different personalities around us. It is good to know the personality types to handle people effectively. In a workplace, we are going to be surrounded by people who are of unique personalities. Some people are going to be excellent in their intelligence level whereas some are going to be excellent in their Emotional Quotient. Balancing both is important to all people.

Managing these personalities is important and it requires the knowledge of Personality types. We can differentiate people into two categories. Introverts and extroverts. Introverts are people who are capable of acting well when given enough space. They are not loud. Extroverts are people who thrive when they work in a group. Introverts also can excel in groups but Extroverts are bubbly personalities who enjoy the group set-up as they get energized when they are kept in that set-up.
